This isn’t like any other retreat. We take a unique approach to business building. For us, it’s not just about teaching your strategies to launch or scale. We do this through a mix of speaker-led educational workshops, breakout time for rest, goal setting, introspection and moments to rest and recharge.

Nestled in the leafy Hudson Valley in Upstate New York, we’ll trade the hustle and bustle of the city for the great outdoors. 

Surrounded by greenery and likeminded entrepreneurs, you’ll feel like your miles away from the pressures of running a business as you unplug for a few days of investing in yourself and truly switching off.

Simply arrive at Hudson station and we take care of the rest. 

Here’s what’s included when you book your space:

- Three full days with five workshops led by industry leaders. Each session is carefully crafted to help you hone in on the skills and strategies you need to purposefully build your business. 

- Plenty of face to face time with Naomi and Emily and our impressive line-up of industry leaders throughout the retreat so you can ask questions, get support and immediately put in place the strategies you’ve learned. 

- Solitary time dedicated to give you the opportunity to absorb the day’s sessions, set goals and dig deeper into what you want for your life and your business 

- Two nights accommodation at beautiful mansion in Hudson Valley. Rooms are shared and we will use application form to pair you with the perfect roommate.

  - Beautifully styled breakfasts and dinners, as well as meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for the entirety of the retreat. We promise you won’t go hungry! 

- Thoughtfully curated gifts throughout the retreat. 

- A professional headshot to revamp your website, social media and marketing with.

 - Transportation to and from all retreat events. Please not that attendees are responsible for securing their own transport to and from Hudson Valley for arrival and departure.

Often, we convince ourselves that the more we make or the more we have, the happier we’ll be. We run ourselves ragged trying to achieve more/do more and berate ourselves if we fall the tiniest bit short. 

The retreat will show you how to create a business that serves the life you want to live – not the other way round. We’ll meditate together, exercise together and work on exercises to create a definition of success on our own terms.

Q&A

What are the retreat dates? 

This upcoming retreat starts on Friday June 22 and ends on Sunday June 24. 

What should I expect? 

Please expect to join us for a weekend of relationship building, reflection and relaxation and intentional business strategy sessions.

Throughout the retreat, you will be encouraged to talk to our industry leaders, ask questions and learn strategies you can start implementing into your business straight away. The five workshops are designed to equip you with practical skills to thoughtfully launch or grow your business.

Group exercise sessions, fireside chats and planned breakout time to relax and connect will be peppered between the workshops to make sure you have time to recharge and unwind.

Who is the retreat right for?

The retreat is perfect for creative entrepreneurs, whether you have a business idea and are ready to launch or if you’ve been in business 10 years. If you are interested in refining your business or idea, learning ways to grow in an authentic way and connect with a support group of likeminded women and industry leaders, then come and join us.

Where is the closest airport?

Albany airport is 45 minutes away by car. Alternatively, you can fly to any New York airport and grab an Amtrak train, which takes just over two hours. Most trains from New York to Hudson depart from Penn Station.

When should I arrive and depart?  

Please plan to arrive by noon ET on Friday June 22 in order to take part in an afternoon and evening of activities. Our early dinner will see us off on the afternoon of Sunday June 24. We recommend making arrangements to travel home for after 4.30pm on June 24th.  

Can I request my roommate?  

Of course! If you have a friend attending that you would like to share with please email Naomi at hello@thelifestyleedit.com with the name of who you would like to share with.  

What’s the room set up?  

Since we’re trading in a traditional hotel experience for something more intimate, you’ll be cosied up in a beautiful mansion where the festivities will be taking place. We’ll match you with the perfect roommate and introduce you before the retreat.  

What’s the dress code?  

The retreat is all about allowing you to kick back and recharge so wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.  

Do I need to bring anything in particular?  

We’ll have everything you need at the retreat from notebooks to writing utensils. All you need to bring are workout clothes. You are more than welcome to bring laptops and the house will have wifi but in order to get the most out of the experience, we recommend taking as much time away from your work over the course of the retreat as possible.  

How many people are attending?  

To keep the experience as intimate as possible, registration is limited to 12 people. If you add in our hosts and speakers, the number is small enough to make sure that you get the most out of our speakers and have the opportunity to truly connect with other guests in safe, cosy environment.  

Are payment plans available?  

Absolutely. We understand that investing in yourself and your business can be costly and we don’t take your interest in this opportunity lightly. We would be happy to discuss payment plan options before you purchase your ticket so please contact Naomi at hello@thelifestyleedit.com.
